Martin and Leanne CordnerWhat a fabulous Sunday we had welcoming our new ministers (officers) installed today, Captains Martin and Leanne Cordner.

The morning started with a lively, vibrant and uplifting service, praising God together – learning more about and hearing from our new officers as we start out on our new journey together. We then celebrated in the afternoon with a scrummy BBQ and time of fellowship together.

A very warm welcome to Cambridge corps Leanne and Martin, we hope you and your family will settle in quickly and feel very much part of our corps family.

Happy Easter

An extraordinary and special weekend in the church calendar… Easter weekend.

We were treated to the beautiful creations of one of our members where the cross very much became our centre of focus as we gathered to worship and celebrate. Hallelujah, Christ is Risen!

Good Friday 2015 Easter Sunday 2015

Commitment Sunday

Be our vision Lord and in 2015 keep our eyes open to all that you want to do in our lives and through our lives. Amen.

What does Christmas mean to you?

What does Christmas mean to you?

It’s so easy at this time of year to get caught up in the excess and overindulgence that this season brings with it, isn’t it?

It’s so easy to focus on the gifts we buy and become distracted by how little time we have to buy them.

We encourage you this year to take the time to consider the answer to that question…

Love has a name, it’s Jesus
Love has a place, our hearts
Love has a story, and it’s not finished yet!

…It’s simply Jesus
